Headaches are gone, hallelujah! I thought if the headaches persisted, I would have to give in and take some ibuprofen. I am still having a difficult time drinking enough lemonaide. I had only 4 glasses yesterday as well. But I am drinking about 3 liters of water as well. I will try for 6 today. I am wondering if it is because I haven't been as active as I usually am. I am a runner and havent had a run yet for fear of passing out or something like that. Also when I go for a run, I take a supplement prior so I won't have to use my albuterol. I am waiting for that "energy" I am expecting to feel around days 5-7 before I go on a full run. In the meantime, I will take my 2year old for a run in the jogger and try to work out a little. Maybe that will peak my appetite and I will want to drink more. Thus far, I have been faithful drinking my swf every morning and it is working as expected. Surprisingly I am not feeling terribly hungry, although I would just love to sink my teeth into something. But then again, today is day 3 and I am expecting a pretty bad day (mentally). Anyways, I will try to keep busy and not think about it and try to get through these next couple days. I think once the energy kicks in, I'll be okay.
