Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Today is my first day and after my first few trips (3-4) in the early morning, I haven't gone since. Is this normal. Should I be going more? Sorry for the topic, but I would really like to know if I am doing this right.

Also, it was suggested to me by a Whole Foods person that I buy the glass bottled organic lemon juice. It is not concentrate. Will this be as affective? In the book, he said not to use canned or concentrated lemon juice. Does the bottled organic non-concentrated lemon juice fall under the same category?

One more question.... Is the Smooth Move tea a good laxative tea to use in the morning as well as the evening? If not, can you give me any suggestions of teas that I can use in the morning. I did the sea salt thing this morning. Can I do that every morning?

You will probably only have a few BMs your first morning. 3-4 is a good start.

Many people use the smooth move tea, so this is a fine choice for lax teas (though I personally gag on it).

As for the bottled lemon juice, you are probably best served squeezing your own lemon juice, but I imagine in a pinch it won't do any damage. I am sure the fresh stuff will give you many more nutrients than the bottled stuff and since this is your only form of sustenance you probably should squeeze your own.

The salt water flush is supposed to be done every morning, and I personally liked this better than the tea that's to be taken at night. After a few days, if you do the SWF in the morning, this will clean you out enough that you probably won't have any more BMs for the rest of the day. You may from time to time, but I never did.
