Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I cannot stand the SWF. I can barley even gargle salt water let alone drink it. It seems to be a cruical part of the cleanse, however, i cannot do it, my body will not allow it to happen, i tried 3 times this morning and kept vomiting the salt water back up! Any suggestions would be great

Stanley Burrough's states in his book that if you can't do the SWF for "any reason", then you should do the laxative tea both morning and night. That is what I intend to do when I begin the cleanse because I cannot tolerate the salt water flush either.

I had the same problem--could not drink the salt water down without throwing it up--but I also would lose consciousness (aka completely black out) WHILE I was throwing up which scared the bajeesus out of me so I decided that drinking the SWF wasn't in my best interests!

I didn't need the laxative tea because my liver was working overtime producing bile and that was was already flushing my system BUT liver bile on its own is... abrasive shall we say... so I used the salt water solution (1 qt water + 2 tsp sea salt) as an enema once a day with great success (and relief).

I have disposable enema kits (found them online) that I use and did a lot of research on how to do them properly and safely before I attempted one.
