Help me with ma insecurities.
So im so confused
Should i , or not start this MC diet.
The obstacles ;
1- I dnt have the book – i cant purchase anything online and i don’t know where to purchase it in the UK?(londonpref)
2- The recipe confuses me soooo much can i get this stuff in Uk, if so which stores, i feel like its only Americans who are high on the diet. Maple syrup organic b? Or cayenne pepper , or that tea thing which i find the most confusing of all. How did you guys get the ingredients together. The only thing i understand is the lemons thats pretty simple !.
3- Thirdly as in with every quick weight loss plan you gain all the weight back right so whats the point, do you really gain everything back – this has been posted time and time again but no one’s answering, do you gain everything back, of course you will gain a little back thats normal but everything. How do you maintain , does the book answer this question.
4- Is it good for any below 20?
5- Is it really healthy ? has there been any evidence of any one having serious health issues after.
