Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Help me with ma insecurities.
So im so confused
Should i , or not start this MC diet.
The obstacles ;

1- I dnt have the book – i cant purchase anything online and i don’t know where to purchase it in the UK?(londonpref)


2- The recipe confuses me soooo much can i get this stuff in Uk, if so which stores, i feel like its only Americans who are high on the diet. Maple syrup organic b? Or cayenne pepper , or that tea thing which i find the most confusing of all. How did you guys get the ingredients together. The only thing i understand is the lemons thats pretty simple !.

3- Thirdly as in with every quick weight loss plan you gain all the weight back right so whats the point, do you really gain everything back – this has been posted time and time again but no one’s answering, do you gain everything back, of course you will gain a little back thats normal but everything. How do you maintain , does the book answer this question.

4- Is it good for any below 20?

5- Is it really healthy ? has there been any evidence of any one having serious health issues after.

Please note that there is a small advertisement in the front of it by the company who uploaded it for some product of theirs that they advise you do with the cleanse - just ignore that - everything you need is in Stanley Burroughs' book (except taking pro-biotics after the cleanse - search the forum for more information.

I think a few people from the UK order their maple syrup off of amazon.com.

You should really read the book first and then and then explore the for questions you may have and for people's stories. Youtube.com has some good videos of people going through the cleanse talking about their experiences.

i am sure any health store aka organic food store sells all the products you need.
at normal supermarket the lemons prob won't be organic and lax tea might have other stuff in there too - then again, you might be lucky and have an awesome supermarket close

as said by kermit... this is a cleanse...
and of course you will gain weight as soon as you start eating unhealthy food again... but if you stay on this for a while, your body probably only wants healthy food afterwards... you'll see that after a few days your sense of smell increases. suddenly everything that's supposed to be unhealthy just smells bad. parking garages with fumes, people that smoke outside in front of you, greasy fried food. your body will tell you what's good and what not

there's only one way to find out i guess - that's why i started.

i suggested those shops because they do carry organic lemons. I live in the UK and organic is pretty easy to find. Maple syrup for us is the difficult one. Holland and Barrett do carry it. I usually get mine from Amsterdam as I used to live there and its much much cheaper and a bigger container. As a Canadian I'm also love my maple syrup- hehe. yum.
