Can I use 100% therapeutic grade essential oil "Lemon" instead of the fresh squeezed lemon? This is my 3rd cleanse and thought it would be much easier to use the oil?

I used a combination of essential oils and fresh lemon on my first and only cleanse so far. It worked just fine and I didn't notice any unpleasant side effects. I am planning on going completely organic this round though. Good luck.

Just like akdompier, I also used a combination of essential oils and fresh lemon on my first try and it worked great. I highly recommend it to everybody but if you are looking for a quick and more effective method, check out Healing Solutions and their wide array of essential oils to choose from.

You can use both but remember Essential oils have their own importance but they can't replace fresh organic lemon.
