I used a combination of essential oils and fresh lemon on my first and only cleanse so far. It worked just fine and I didn't notice any unpleasant side effects. I am planning on going completely organic this round though. Good luck. |

Just like akdompier, I also used a combination of essential oils and fresh lemon on my first try and it worked great. I highly recommend it to everybody but if you are looking for a quick and more effective method, check out Healing Solutions and their wide array of essential oils to choose from. |

You can use both but remember Essential oils have their own importance but they can't replace fresh organic lemon. |
