I am SICK!!! I have been on this diet for 6 days and only lost 1 pound!! I have FOLLOWED it to the LETTER........I just read where organic lemons are a must as well as grade B maple syrup being the best.....I did not use organic lemons and I used grade A maple .........is this the reason I have not lost any weight......? I can't beleive I have been on this for almost a week and lost A POUND!!!!!!!! Is sea salt criticle too?..........I am ready to go eat a hamburger. Can anyone help me out?

Hey - I'm on Twitter as well and just finishing Day 4. This is my third time (over 5 years) that I've done this cleanse and this has been my absolute BEST experience yet. I feel freakin amazing since day 1!

I'm a little concerned because the saline flush is not producing much, if anything. And yes, it is uniodized. Should I be concerned?
