Hi guys, I just started on Day 2 today and woke up early with a bad headache. I know its part of the cleanse but I couldn't take it and caved in and took an Excedrin which has caffeine in it. I had the splitting headache for 3 hours before I took the Excedrin, I just couldn't take it anymore.... Now, it only hurts a little so its almost gone, almost instantly.... I know I shouldn't have done this but how bad did I screw up the cleanse? Help....I'm disappointed in myself but I just couldn't take the headache! I suffer from Migraines so I was panicking that it would become that! |
