Help. Do I drink the tea with sugar or plain?

Today was my first day on the master cleanse. It went well, but I have a question about the tea.
Am I suppose to drink the Laxative tea with sugar or not?

Drink it without sugar! It's really not so bad.

I usually put a little less maple syrup in my cleanse drink so I can use alittle with my tea. It is my pm treat to keep me going.

Thank you. I added a little maple syrup to it, and it was fine. Also, I haven't been...letting out much excrement, alot, but I have lost some weight. I think the excrement will catch up on me in a few days. Haha

Try the chocolate smooth move tea if you haven't already. I love it.
