Hey everyone,
My name is Keisha, new to the boards and appreciate everyone's posts.
This is my first time doing this cleanse and almost finished with day 2.
My family and I lived in Germany for over 6 yrs and the last year and a half it was extremely hard and I was ready to leave due to no family, no support, hubby was deployed to Iraq for 15mths etc...
I went thru a deep depression and the very last 3 months before we left, I suffered really bad from insomnia - and ate any and everything with no regard to my health.
We just moved to Texas (here about 2 weeks now) and I want to 'start over'. New chapter. New life here, new friends, reconnect with family, better health and of course if I lose weight that would be a bonus. I also want to strengthen my mental state, and this would be the perfect solution at least for me.
I am just looking for support, and I really enjoy reading everyone's stories of success. It motivates me more than you know.
Day 1 was new but easy for me, but today, Day 2, was a little hard...wanted to eat so bad, and then hubby ordered Chinese takeout (we haven't had Chinese food in a lonnnng time) and I wanted to scream and cave in....but I didn't.
Since we just moved here our cars haven't arrived yet, the kids are in school so I'm at home alone fending for myself and TRYING to keep busy so I don't think about food.
I am just ready for Day 3...trying for 14 days and if I'm doing great, go to 21 days.
I did have a question I asked in a separate thread...is there an alternative to the SWF? Like can we skip it every other day? I will do it if I have too but I'm really struggling with this...gagging and stomach not feeling settled, wanting to vomit...I've heated it up and it's still hard for me.
