healthandlight : the recipe is a guideline. You need to adjust it to your own body. Just listen to your body and take as much as you need. I wouldn't go over 2 Tbls spoons though

healthandlight : maybe reduce the amount of cayenne. Some people have those symptoms with too much cayenne
