Hi Guys!
So today is the first day of my "extra" cleanse days.
Like I said yesterday, I've decided to go that little extra mile and do 14 days of cleanse instead of 10. And boy I was right!
Yesterday I woke up with a bad headache and today with the come back of mucus in my throat and nose (eww sorry for the details!) but I guess it means my body still had to eliminate the toxins so 4 extra days won't hurt...
I gave up on having BM - I've tried everything even making a stronger lax tea using the actual senna leaves in boiling water. I came to the conclusion that my stomach was really empty and that I eliminated the toxins via other means like sweat or peeing.
I must admit that these 4 days seem a little long as I was mentally prepare to ease out on day 10 - but Ill do it! This is a personal chalenge!
I cannot wait to switch to another diet including veggies and fruits - OMG i would die for some berries right now!
But enough of me, how are you doing guys?
