Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Had a few attempts already, never lasted longer than 48 hours, this has been around 3-4 attempts in a month, each time I gave up and ate a big meal.

The second time I had real bad cramps after doing so, I had to have codine for the pain. It was bad.

If anyone knows what that might have been, please say.

Im trying for 30 days now. Here are the stats

13 stone 7 1/4lbs

body fat is 21%

Aiming for 11.5 stone.
body fat as low as possible. 10-15 %

Any tips welcome.

IS the salt water flush nessacary, and is the cayanne pepper nessacary?

What upset your stomach (if I read your post correctly) was fasting (even for 12 hours) and then stuffing yourself with food. YES, the cayenne pepper is necessary. The SWF is ideal, but if you can't do it, take the tea morning and night. have you read the book???

PLEASE read the book, it will answer such questions as these. even the cramping. My only tip is that you have to suffer through the uncomfortability and not give up.
