i have been waiting about a month to start the cleanse from postponment (a word??).. and am very excited!!!! id love to have a buddy that i could support, and who will support me (hahaha sounds like match.com or something) ANYWAY...
ive been planning on the 16th because it is when the moon will be in it's waxing crescent stage, a wonderful time to begin a new project/goal. especially with the first quarter following!!
i plan to go 10 days so far but who knows.. if it goes well it may last longer. i know with the stories ive been exposed to and research of the master cleanse this is the total mind/body detox i am looking for.
even if you arent starting the 16th and/or have already started id still love to have a companion to share the love along this journey.
