Having a hard time!

OK...I didn't realize it had been 3 years!! I thought it was 2..time sure does fly by! I am on day 4 and I want to quit! I want to eat some food! LOL I know the benefits of making it all ten days but it is hard for me this time around! Also, I thought I was using the bathroom more last time...getting rid of the waste! The first 2 days were awful but these last two aren't releasing anything. I want to close my eyes and click my heels and be on day 10! LOL

I know, I'm having a hard time today too, and it's my Day 6. I can't believe I've gone this long without eating.

I'm thinking of ending my fast, and this is why: I did this to conquer my junk food cravings and while I know I haven't totally detoxed, I do feel that whenever I want to grab something unhealthy to eat, I will be able to resist it. I've tested my willpower and it's stronger than I could've imagined.

Then again, I may just be having a rough day and tomorrow will be tons easier!

Good luck with your cleanse! You know it'll get easier!

Guys... don't give up yet!
I know you guys think you already detoxed enough... but no... the worst is yet to come (out).
Have patience and do at least the 10 days. Let me tell you one reason why: I am on day 12 today, and after many days of liquid eliminations on the first 8 or 9 days (thinking "hey, I guess that's it!"), I had a BULK elimination on day 10 and 11!!! :oops:

I DID NOT think I still had so much (solid) crap inside of me!!! I had cramps too... it didn't feel pretty, but hey... once that stuff was out of me, I felt so renewed... I even felt younger! :mrgreen:

I am sorry to gross you guys out, but I wanted to tell you the true facts of one of the benefits of staying at least 10 days on this cleanse. I have done two 10-day cleanses on the past 2 yrs, but my last cleanse I decided to go beyond to see what would happen... I went for 20 days. WOW! What a difference! I am telling you, if you hang out for a few more days, you will definitely see the other side of the hill like you still cannot see it from now. Meaning you will see benefits that far outweight any sacrifices you may be making now. I know the hunger pangs, I've felt them too, but just drink loads of lemonade and water... I guarantee it will fill you up! Don't give up just now! This MC has also taught me perseverance, patience, determination... it's helping my personality so much... in developing inner peace, contentment, gratitude, etc.
Yes, there are days that are REALLY tough... but once you get to the end of that day, you look back and say: "man, I did it!!" That is a great feeling! You have power over your body and mind to do whatever you want!
If you understand the fact that you are not dying of starvation and that your body is "eating itself" (autolysis... consuming the BAD, old, sick cells for fuel), and that you'll be ok, then just let go... trust your body to do its job. It WILL renew itself... and that's TRUE HEALTH!

Thanks for the encouragement! I know I CAN DO THIS!! I did a 40 day fast with only all natural products from the earth but this seems so much harder!! I don't recall having this problem the last time!! I also don't recall the waste elimination happening after day 2/3. It is my almost my bedtime now so I have successfully made it through another day!! Day 5...here I come! Thanks again and please pray for my strength because I wanted to just eat some spaghetti! LOL
