OK, since you got specific, what do you think of these ingredients? It's a mutli-vitamin with whole food concentrates. Are the whole food concentrates to be avoided and keep to just the liquid vitamin?

whole food nutrients are GOOD...because they occur naturally...and liquid because it doesn't initiate digestion.

I was looking at the ingredients in your vitamin, and honey is listed as the second. Isn't honey an ingredient that shouldn't be used in the MC? I think I read that somewhere in the book.....

I saw a reference that it was written in 1941, over 65 yrs ago...

I believe (not completely certain) that the cleanse was developed in 1940 and the book was originally published in 1976...

same point tho...we know much more now than we did then...

After reading the benefits about the liquid vitamins, i bought a bottle and started subsituting it for the maple syryp. I found that I am not as hungry as I was on the Maple and i feel more alert, normal.. as opposed to the crashing of needing more sugar. I have not seen a rapid reduction but i have lost 7 pounds in 7 days and overall i feel good. If i continue to feel this good thru the week now that i am using the liquid vitamins (and a little maple) i may go longer then the 10 days..

I had the same experience...I no longer use the syrup at all...I sweeten my lemonade with a little stevia...

after 2 cleanses I no longer have the same longing for sweets...I still like them and want them...but I don't feel compulsive about them anymore.
