Today is day 10, my last day and it's the first day I don't feel like I'm starving. My skin finally feels soft and my energy has improved. However, I still have post nasal drip and my urine is still slightly yellow in the morning. How can I possibly still have mucus after 10 days?? Is it because I'm using filtered water instead of distilled? Can anyone offer an explanation?
