Can I do salt enema instead of SWF?

I'm wondering if I can do daily saline enemas instead of drinking the SWF while on MC?

I suffer from IBS and severe constipation and have been doing saline enemas for the last two months and they immediately kick in after a few minutes. Wondering if they would have the same effect as the SWF if I took the enema in the morning.

For some reason, the SWF doesn't work on me in the first hour. Last time I drank it, it took a whole day for me to go the bathroom. It may be because of my IBS. It's really frustrating to carry the entire swf drink in your body for 24 hours.

I cannot speak as to the Enemas, but the SWF was causing water retention for me. I started drinking Lax Tea morning and evening, and it works well.
