Hi all! I'm planning on starting the cleanse tomorrow, so I went to get supplies... I live in a small town, so all I could find is pure, all natural grade A maple syrup. Is this an OK substitute, or should I wait out to order grade B???

Also, with the SWF, is it necessary to do the whole quart of water?

bplust; Pure Organic Grade B is of course preferred, but if all you can get is Pure Maple Syrup Grade A, it is also okay. Some people us Agave Nectar also.
It is important to drink all 32 ounces of water, although at times, I preferred having the Lax Tea twice a day, I still drank the SWF occasionally.
I know some people will probably tell you to get Organic MS and do the SWF because it is by-the-book, but it is good to have choices and other options.

Good Luck

The book recommended to use Grade B because of the minerals & vitamins contained, which Grade A doesn't have. Other options would probably be Agave Nectar, Black Strap Molasses or (most ideal), sugar cane juice. Wait for Grade B if u can (but if time is a factor), then make use of what u have. Most important is to feel comfortable with what u have, rather than thinking of what u don't have.

As with the SWF, the book recommended a full quart. But if for some reason u can't take it, u can substitute it with the Lax tea, to be taken both morning & nite. All the best!

Can't really comment on that as i've never used Jaggery before altho i know what it is. If in doubt, just use what u currently have, be it MS grade A. Look out for other options as mentioned before as well.

I'd suggest holding off on the Master Cleanse until you can get grade B maple syrup for it. Though at this point you may be seeing grade B phased out and replaced with the new, multiple types of grade A maple syrup. More info is at http://mastercleanseguide.org/master-cleanse-maple-syrup
