I'm contemplating on doing my 4th Master Cleanser soon. I've yet picked a date but when I do I don't think it would be a good idea, for me, to state too early on how long I plan to stay on the cleanser. My second time lasted for 2 weeks, and that was the longest. I swore I would never take this route again because it is extremely difficult --so hats off for those who follow through. At the moment I am psychologically preparing myself for this 4th cleansing. My main reason for taking this journey is to regain my health. I've gain weight the past 2 years, I feel sluggish, sometime tense, depressed, and lately I've been having trouble sleeping. I do believe in this type of cleansing; it works wonder! What better way than to start the first month of the new year. Here's to loving a healthy me!

Blessings! :)
