Day 1 of the MC 1/14/11 Eek!

Hello everyone! Just started the cleanse today. So far I'm ok except for thinking about food every 5 minutes. Will that stop at some point? I'm also not drinking coffee anymore which is very hard. A double whammy for me.

Hello mrs, welcome aboard. The bad news is the hunger will probably continue for another day or 3. Kicking coffee may also give you a headache for a few days also. The good news, after day 4 or 5 the hunger will completely vanish. At least that is what happened to me.

How many days are you planning on cleansing? Good luck.

This will be my first day of my 3rd attempt at mc. I don't get ravenously hungry until day three and then I am through!!! :wink:

This time I am trying for more days and aiming for 10 days.
