I thought I saw some patches in my Grade B syrup that may be mold. Does syrup mold and can you store it in the fridge to keep it from molding?

Yes, it grows mold if you don't keep it in the fridge.

I hear you can boil it then filter it to destroy the mold. Otherwise, don't drink it!
