Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi, I am on my 11th day of the master cleans and dont know if I should continue on or not. I Have noticed some benefits, like I wake up earlier and feel awake. And I am not a morning person, I feel no different other wise. I have lost 5kgs, I need to lose at least 20kg more, which would make me 80kgs. Iam 64yrs old and 5ft 5. so I would be happy with that. Should I just stay on it or, stay on the green smoothies and raw food diet, as I was doing before? I decided to do the cleans because the weight just wont come off. I like eating the raw food way with a few moderfications to suit my taste, like some low fat meat now and then. My legs and pianful knees prevent me from exercising as much as I would like, but I must say that they have improved a lot over the last 12 mounths. I have found the blood group diet very helpful for the pain.
So I think I will slowly come off the cleans and just watch that I keep portion sizes small and go swimming.

Margaret, no one can tell you to continue your cleanse. Only you know what your body needs and how the cleanse is making you feel. Only you know what you expect to get from the cleanse. Only you know if stopping something that is obviously working for you is the best idea.
