I am on the MC and am getting so so bored of the taste (it is nice but my cravings for other flavours is extreme).
So I was wondering that if my goal of the MC was simply weight loss, then is it so bad to eat an Apple or some other fat free food item like celery (all in juice form as I have a juicer)?

Read the book again-No Solids/ other juices while Cleansing apart from the recommended ingredients. You could still juice your apples, but you won't be doing the Master Cleanse. Eating or chewing halts the cleansing process.

Thanks for the reply. My question was relating to the fact that my intention is not cleansing my body but weight loss. So with pure weight loss in mind I will juice a few apples.

Chewing will also stimulate your appetite and make any juice fast more difficult. If you're interested in juice fasting, there are lots of great juice fasts, but it will not be the Master Cleanse
