Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hey everyone.

I've tried twice now to start the master cleanse and havent gotten pass day one, but realize that i need to cleanse my body because i am at the risk of getting sick. I am only 18, 5' 4" and weigh 190 pounds. It's crazy. Tomorrow, May 29,2011, I am not going to quit and begin this lemo cleanse challenge.10 Days is my target for now.


I would like to know how to keep my mind off of food and how to sustain my hunger cravings because they are bad.

Also i am going to rink 60 oz a day, is that regular?
And does anyone else feel sick off of the lemon fixture?
