Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hi Everybody!


My name is Jackie Blu, I am 21 and excited to cleanse!
Tomorrow is the first day of my 21 day cleanse. I have done the cleanse before for 11 days, I would have gone longer but the pressures of the family was getting to be too much but now i am going for 21days no matter what people say! I am excited because this is the first forum I have done. I am ready to go on this journey back to health!
I paint and plan to more than ever for the next 21 days. I heard many get bored on the cleanse, its crazy on how much time we take eating a day. I wouldn't be surprised of people finding new hobbies on the cleanse

Reasons why:
1. Clean my body from processed food
2. Get my will power back
3. Spiritual
4. Get ready for the fashion expo
5. Start a raw food lifestyle

I might go more than 21days, but that is the short term goal [/color]

Hi Jackieblu3, I am also going for 21 days on the master cleanse! Today was my first day though. I did the master cleanse before, but did not stay on because I was not mentally prepared. I'm counting on going for the full 21 days this time around. Hope you're hanging in there! Btw, what's your starting and goal weight?

How's it going? I'm starting a 12- 14 day cleanse tomorrow. I may go for longer.

I want to clear my body of toxins and lose weight.

My starting weight is 167... I am 5'5"
