Well, I was gung ho for the first 3 days. Day 1 was horrible and I craved everything I liked. Day 2 was much, much better and my cravings and hunger pains were gone. Day 3 I started to get bad abdominal pains from drinking the tea the night before(there was truly nothing to eliminate) so, I didn't drink it again and just did the salt water flush in the mornings. Day 4 started out well then half way through, I was done and drank some orange juice and cooked soup for Day 5 in order to start eating again. I missed food!! I know the cleanse directions say to tough it out for at least 10 days but what if your not overweight (I'm 5'2 and weigh approx. 107 lbs), and by the 3rd day, all I was passing was clear liquid?? My weight after my cleanse attempt dropped to 101 lbs. I had a little muffin top ring around my belly but, that disappeared. I'm also gluten sensitive so my diet before the cleanse consisted of 80-85% raw fruits and vegetables and lots of water. I do plan on doing the cleanse again in a couple of months and don't want to do the full 10 days if my body can cleanse itself in half the time. |

Sorry to hear you crashed, hope you have better success next time. I think perhaps you might have been drinking too much tea or not the right kind, can you let me know more detail? |
