first posting here.

i'm on Day 11 and i've been making eliminations for the past 3-4 days without the need of a laxative tea or salt water flush.

a) is this normal?

b) what in the world could i still be eliminating at this point? please tell me its the maple syrup and not OLD stool.

diet consists of:
Pure Water: reverse osmosis, carbon & UV filtered
Organic Grade B Maple Syrup
Organic Lemons
Organic Cayenne powder

You may not always need a laxative, if you can go and go enough you don't need to take it. But if you find that you cannot go, even for one day, you need to start taking them immediately as you will get bound up and start feeling like crap. The SWF is to flush out all the other stuff floating around in your system, even though you may not need it, you may still want to do it. But with that said, how many elimnations are you having a day and how much is coming out? IF you are having massive movements, then you can stop both.

Reverse osmosis water is not good for the cleanse or for any other time as far as I am concerned, it removes EVERYTHING from the water, it is dead and not effective to maintain the minerals you need everyday from water. Stop using it, use something else or buy bottled water.

I have to disagree on the use of pure water. I think pure water is best.

The impurities in water vary greatly depending on where you get it, and the vitamins and minerals you need while on the MC are gotten from the lemons, Maple syrup, and your body fat stores.

I personally use a Brita water pitcher.
