Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I bought some Smooth move tea, I am wondering if anyone has used it befor with any positive or negative results ? while doing Master Cleanse ?

Smooth Move brand tea is based on the herb senna, which is a harsh laxative that does progressive harm to the bowels with continued use. Instead, I suggest drinking chamomile tea.
