Does anyone know of any alternatives to the laxative tea? I have no problems with the SWF but it is very hard for me to stomach the tea.

If u are using smooth move ..that stuff is nasty...I use yogi get regular..or you can double up on the swf

I have been using the smoothmove for years and it works ok for me. You can find several laxative teas at most any healthfood stores. They all vary in strength and how long it takes to work on you. You don't really want one that puts you in the restroom 2 hours into your job, so use the new teas on your days off to see how good they work for you.

I am wondering, do we have to take the laxative tea the night before and then in the morning do salt water flush? or we can do, either or?

If by laxative teas you mean senna-based teas, I'd say good for you for seeking alternatives. Senna is a harsh laxative and does progressive harm with continued use. Instead, I'd suggest a cup of chamomile tea before bed (gentler and safer than senna and also helps you sleep) and the salt water flush first thing in the morning. That will keep your bowels moving without the unpleasant taste or harmful effects of senna.
