Hello,
I did a 10 day cleanse last year and I felt amazing, unfortunately my overall diet didnt improve much but I was pregnant shortly after finishing and ate too much basically. Now Im back and this time I want to cleanse my body and take time to adress some major issues I have with food. I just want to eat healthy and nurture my body but I seem to find this very hard, I think I have a major problem with sugar. So ill cleanse first and take some time to think, and then hopefully eventually find peace with my body and food. So Im starting on Monday, aiming for 14 days and then ill review, I might do 20.
Is anyone else starting this week?
