I am day 4, so 2nd day full on and I have had diarrhea all day long today, not just from the swf. I started to experience it last night, is this normal?

This is called Detox, everyone has different detox affects, this is the one you seem to be stuck with. But don't worry it will pass, might consider a few days off work if you can. Rev John
