Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

This may be a really stupid question but I'm on day 7 (yay) and I'm running out of the organic grade B maple syrup I brought down to Mexico where I live and where you cannot buy grade B organic. BUT a friend brought me a bottle from Canada of the grade B about a year ago, my daughter uses it sometimes on her pancakes so it's been in the frig for a while since we don't ever use it normally. So I'm wondering if it's too old to use? I also found a bottle of Grade A Medium Amber 100% maple syrup but it't the Kirkland Costco brand so doubt it's organic. Which do you think is best?

I'm sure organic is better, but when I feel you should do the best you can with what you have; that's what I do.

The syrup will keep in the frig for a long time so as long as it is being keep cold it will be ok. If you can't get organic just go with what you can get. It's just that some of the non-organic is processed with chemicals, and that is what your are trying to get rid of on the MC, the same goes for lemons if you can't get organic just go with what you can get. In Mexico I see know problem getting the pepper
