Should I stop doing the flush?

This is my 4th cleanse so I'm pretty experienced however going "#2" has never been my specialty. I've never gone from drinking the lax. tea (ever) although I still drink it ritually every night because I read it still loosens things (I guess). And lately, the flush hasn't been working either. This started happening at the end of my 3rd cleanse and I assumed it was because my body was just worn out. Then...I actually tried the flush a few random times in the year when I felt "backed up" and it didn't work. And now today, when I started my cleanse, nothing. It bothers me that all that salt is just sitting in my body.
A little background on me though, on a normal week, I probably only go 1 or 2 times my entire life. Also...store bought laxatives don't work on me either, or 20 dates (when I tried the healthy way). So.....I'm kind of torn at this point....what should I do?

Also read about New Yorker adding salt....I hate to do that if it isn't guaranteed to work and right now, I'm not feeling like it would. What if I just end up consuming more salt....??

What is your diet like? The SAD, Standard American Diet, is very constipating, you may consider vegan/mostly raw diet for a few months before fasting again, be sure to take the B12 (Methylcobalamin) supplement. The diet should help you, also using colonics with the diet would be important. Your colonics office would probably have some referrals for you for further diagnostics, getting a picture of your colon. If you have insurance, I would get some tests run. RE: salt flush, seems like everyone has different results, they work for me but the salt is hard on the kidneys, so I just use the tea, which works great for me. I wouldnt use the salt flush if you have had such bad results, too much salt staying in the system.

I'm vegetarian and waaaay to introverted to get a colonic. I know, they are professionals, its their job...on and on...long story short...Not going to happen :wink:

So...I've just decided I'm doing another flush today and seeing how it goes and then maybe one more on Monday. Guess I'll just take it day by day.
