Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Well I am on my third day of the master cleanse and I feel pretty darn good, I find it incredible that a person like me who eats all the time is having such an easy time with this cleanse.

I do not mind the taste of the SWF and I also love the taste of the lemonade mixture!

I was planning on doing this for 10 days, but I keep seeing people talk about doing it for 30,.. hmm If I can make it to 10 days then I guess it wouldn't hurt to keep trying..

Thank you very much, its great to have a forum where other people are going through the same thing. Today is the first day I have been tempted to eat food, probably because I make my daughter food.

I also took a nap and had a dream that I tried some rice, then I woke up and felt better that I had not, but perhaps that is why I am craving food right now.

Hang in there missTammy...I hope you were able to get past the cravings. Believe me, I understand also being a single mom and having to cook for my son. I think I drooled on his pizza last night..hope he liked it LOL

No matter what though - if you caved, then just brush yourself off and keep on moving forward on this journey. My 2nd cleanse was ugly. I remember looking at that Master Cleanse secret ebook I bought online and ate as many items that were on the "ok" list, but that only led to eating more. I tasted my son's food when I was cooking. I don't even think I made it to 10 days. But the positive side is that I had 3 1/2 bottles of syrup this cleanse and that's a big savings up front...ha ha ha - even though I spent the money, just a lot earlier.

I see you have another journal going, and I read that you are trying to quit smoking. My friend has been using one of those electric cigarettes and she puts nicottine drops in it but it's much less than a cigarette and it fulfills the hand to mouth thing she said. I think during an MC would be the best time to quit...maybe once you have it down...because you'll be stronger...just ease into it because I hear quitting smoking is the hardest thing ever. And it is difficult to try to do too much at once. Maybe once you get into the cleanse a week (without cheats) or 7 days from the day you last cheated and then stop the smoking??
