Hi there... I'm not sure what has been said about "easing in", but for myself, I usually cleanse when I have the right mind-set, and during a time when I can spend at least the first 2 days taking it easy. If it's the first time you've been on this cleanse, your body may "react" to detoxing with several uncomfortable symptoms, and it's always a good idea to plan for that. (see the post about the stages of the cleanse) The bottom line is, once you start cleansing, your body will be rid of the food you've consumed the prior two days before very quickly. The MOST important step, is when you start cleansing, you MUST ease back into eating very gradually. I would recommend investing in a copy of the Master Cleanser if you don't already have it. It's just a small booklet, and it doesn't cost much. (I think you can also find copies of it on-line, if you do a bit of digging.)
Hope that helps.
