Mom is worried all the lemon juice will take the enamel off my teeth. Any truth to this?

My fiancee is worried the saltwater flush will shut down my kidneys or make me pass out. (She found something on the internet citing the dangers of drinking salt water.) Any truth to this?

I feel great, and my teeth seem fine, too. (Actually, my teeth seem great as well, because I haven't been eating. They're getting extra clean.)

lemon juice do damage enamel off the teeth.
Usualy I drink my lemon juice with a straw or wash my mouth after.
