Although cold water may work for you to keep it down, I don't think you are getting much benefit out of it, and the reason is because cold water slows the colon down, warm water is what it needs. You can take 10 minutes to get the flush down, but no more than that. Gulping cold water is not a good thing to do actually even warm water is not good to gulp it. I don't know bud... I guess the main point is keeping it down, so if you can do it I guess do what you have to, just be careful.

About 1/2 of I do in one gulp, but will say once my stomach starts to get full the second half is a little harder to get down. It's quite mental and I do actually feel sick right after but I walk it off and then go lie on my right side for about 30 min and then go about my day.
