Beemer, I just checked in my MC book, and it doesn't really specify how long you have to wait. It does say that you will likely have several eliminations within one hour after drinking the salt water. I would imagine that you could drink the lemonade after that. You might just want to give it an extra half-hour or so after your last bowel movement, just to make sure everything has been flushed out.
