Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Has anyone went away for a few days and managed to stay on the cleanse? I have to go away for a retreat on the 13th. Its for three days, and the 13th will be my tenth day...I figure I can ease out with OJ and soups while Im there, but I was thinking I could continue the lemonade too...

Any suggestions? I was hoping to go for 14 days but just found out I have to go to this retreat. :/

Hi, Daffodil. If you think that you can handle not eating while on the retreat, then I say go for it. But if the cleanse would just be too much at that, then I think you'd be better of easing out now, and then resuming the cleanse at a later date when you don't have as much going on. Some people can handle it (like my hubby) others can't (me). If you decide to ease out now, then just try to stick with fruits and veggies for the most part while you're at the retreat and you should be fine.
