Hi, Daffodil. If you think that you can handle not eating while on the retreat, then I say go for it. But if the cleanse would just be too much at that, then I think you'd be better of easing out now, and then resuming the cleanse at a later date when you don't have as much going on. Some people can handle it (like my hubby) others can't (me). If you decide to ease out now, then just try to stick with fruits and veggies for the most part while you're at the retreat and you should be fine.
