Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I just shared your link with a friend who I've started a MC with. However she hasn't been around much & I think though we are both doing it, we have gotten off to a bad start. I know I have: I have a tendency to make things harder then they are.

I just need to drink the MC Lemonade & also tea & a salt water? Can the tea be mixed with the Lemonade part of the cleanse? & how much of each, how often.

When should food be added into the picture, if @ all during the 30 days?

Hi, blessed! I hope things are going good for you. I'm not sure that I can answer all your questions, but I'll give it a try.

On the master cleanse you consume only lemonade made with water, organic lemons, and pure maple syrup or molasses. You are supposed to drink 6-12 glasses each day, and you use the laxative tea in the evening before going to bed. The swf is to be taken upon waking in the morning. No solid food is allowed during the entire cleanse, although you can drink an occasional peppermint tea if you so desire. You drink pure, fresh-squeezed orange juice only on the day after you end your cleanse, and then just vegetable broth and orange juice on the following day. After that, you can begin to slowly reintroduce solid foods, starting with fresh fruit and garden salads.

Thanks. One thing I do not do/can't do is drink orange juice: I'm not sure why, but my body just can't tolerate it, I've never been able to drink it. My husband learned that while on our honeymoon abt 15 yrs ago.
