Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

hello everyone,
today is day 8 for me and i'm feeling great ^^ excluding day 1 i've felt fantastic. i have so much more energy and am feeling really alert and focused. i'm looking forward to eating again eventually but i'm definitely not obsessing about it. i feel in a very good place mentally and physically. that being said i have a question...i've not really lost any weight. losing weight is definitely not the main reason i did this, in fact it just makes the top four reasons but it's made me very curious. i'm following everything to the letter and am interested in the possible reason. my husband is also doing the cleanse and has lost 3kgs. i was only planning on doing 10 days but maybe i'll extend for a bit longer. any thoughts?

**i thought maybe i should add more information. i am 5'2" and weight 146 lbs and i definitely have fat to lose. i've been keeping very hydrated and having no problems flushing out my system through out the cleanse.**

Are you losing inches? Have you noticed that your clothes are getting loose on you? I'm not sure, but maybe the pounds will suddenly just come off. Are you doing the swf? If so, that could be causing you to retain water. I know it did with me. How many lemonades are you drinking each day? The book says to drink 6-12, and to make sure you're using the right amount of maple syrup. Just some thoughts to try and help you out...............hope you continue to feel fantastic! That's one great thing about this cleanse. Even if you don't lose a pound, it still has done wonders for your health.

No inches lost either I do feel somewhat different, but basically just how my skin looks. My cellulite looks reduced which is nice. I am doing the swf. The tea is really hard on my system and after 4 days of severe pain in the morning I had to stop. However I've still have bowel movements in the morning without it (even before the swf). I'm crazy regular normally so that's been helpful. I'm drinking between 6 & 8 glasses a day. I'm not a huge fan of maple syrup so I find it kind of hard to drink much more than that. I work from home so I've been making single drinks throughout the day of 2 tablespoons lemon, 2 tablespoons maple syrup (organic no.2, grade b) 1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 10 ounces of water. I've been drinking lots of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and have not had anything else except some non caffeinated tea here and there.

I'm finding it hard to not be discouraged but I'll just need to focus on the other amazing benefits of the cleanse. Like I said before my main goal wasn't weight loss so I should stop focusing on it. It just struck me as weird when so many other people shed weight like crazy on it. I just wondered what was up with me, haha.

The likely reason you are not losing weight is because you are retaining the salt from the SWF. Some people (like me) and others retain a lot of the salt absorb from the SWF even though we go the bathroom after it. Skip the SWF and the weight will start to come off.
