Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Just wondering if anyone knows how to go about choosing the best fasting method for the body. I have done a long MC before. Once again I feel need to cleanse to feel more spiritual and my body needs a break from my food addiction.

Tried a juice fast the other day and threw up violently the same day. Additionally juicing takes a lot of time to cut, clean and shop. However, Carrot juice rocks!! So I am not sure but am thinking, maybe a water fast?

Anyway, Here is my question:
1. How do you decide what fast is the best?
2. Are there any good books that you can recommend for Water or Juice Fast. I have read a lot of websites and saw a few youtube videos but please suggest if you know the best resources. The information in the net is overwhelming.

Hey there! I've done the master cleanse last year for 30 days, I am on another one as we speak, five days in. I also did the water fast for seven days last year. With the water fast, I ended up passing out in the middle of a busy transit station, and having the ambulance called. My blood sugars were too low. Funny thing was, I broke the fast and had eaten a very sweet granola bar about 20 minutes prior to passing out, because I just knew that something wasn't right . Anywho, to be honest, it really depends upon your specific health and situation. If your body has some issues with processing sugars, a water fast would probably not be the best way to go. Either or, you are going to get amazing results while on any fast. I would do some research on your options first. I only googled/ YouTubed info about fasts prior to starting them, and read the Master Cleanse book, because I was interested in hearing people's experiences. I feel like people will tell you the real deal, so I like blogs/vlogs. Only you can decide which route is best for you, but the internet has a wealth of info available for you to make a good decision
