Hey there! I've done the master cleanse last year for 30 days, I am on another one as we speak, five days in. I also did the water fast for seven days last year. With the water fast, I ended up passing out in the middle of a busy transit station, and having the ambulance called. My blood sugars were too low. Funny thing was, I broke the fast and had eaten a very sweet granola bar about 20 minutes prior to passing out, because I just knew that something wasn't right
. Anywho, to be honest, it really depends upon your specific health and situation. If your body has some issues with processing sugars, a water fast would probably not be the best way to go. Either or, you are going to get amazing results while on any fast. I would do some research on your options first. I only googled/ YouTubed info about fasts prior to starting them, and read the Master Cleanse book, because I was interested in hearing people's experiences. I feel like people will tell you the real deal, so I like blogs/vlogs. Only you can decide which route is best for you, but the internet has a wealth of info available for you to make a good decision
