Hello to all, my name is Emilie. I'm 42. I am on day 7 of the master cleanse and doing relatively well. I have more energy now than in the previous days. The first 5 days, my skin cleared up right away, was clear. I don't think I have lost amy weight , I don't weight myself so I don't know but my clothes fit the same. I am not doing this to lose weight, just to,detox and be healthy. The first time I did the swf I woke up the next morning with two huge bags under my eyes but the rest of my body was not bloated. i have always had bags under my eyes but now it is worse and its been very prominent since starting the MC. My tongue turned really white yesterday and now I am starting to break out which I am expecting , it's the junk coming out. The only thing is, all I read is people looking better, smooth skin, more toned sin and body , looking years younger. I don't get this, now I am staring to actually look older, my face looks awful, I have dark circles under my eyes with the bags, my skin looks more wrinkled and sagging. This is not the first time, I have tried juice fasting before and raw food, grape diet etc....every time after a few days I start looking worse. Anybody else experiencing this? I have to say this is my first time with the MC and it is much easier for me than the juice fasting or even doing 100% raw. With the MC , the cravings are manageable, the energy is higher but I am really starting to look like crap and it's discouraging. Any thoughts?
