Hello everyone! I have done a bi-annual master cleanse every year since 2002. This year for some reason I'm considering adding cucumber water... no actual cucumbers (of course), but maybe cucumber juice mixed with my water. Thoughts???

I think it's fine. I'm doing MC exactly as the book describe for the 1st 10 days.
After I will add juicing to the mix. I'll juice veggie and fruits.
The digestion system still take a rest and I'm still detoxing except I'll have more nutrients.

Curious, did the cucumber water help any? Or make you hungry? I would be interested in adding it into my cleanse if it doesn't hurt. I'm on Day 10 of 40!
