Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I am on day two and used a laxative last night before bed. I woke up 3 hours later with terrible cramping so I went to use the bathroom to help relieve the discomfort-next thing I knew my husband was standing over me asking if I was alright. I had completely passed out while sitting on the toilet and smashed my face on the floor. When I got back up I proceeded to vomit while having diarrhea at the same time. I can't bring myself to take another tablet for fear of something terrible happening. Is the laxative critical to the program? Is there an alternative?

You took a tablet? A pill form? If so that is your issue right there. You are supposed to drink a Senna Leaf Tea. Such as "Smooth Move", I use the Chocolate Smooth Move Tea.

What exactely did you take? Brand name, etc? I have taken tablets before, but not mediciation which I fear is what you might have taken.
