By the book you are suppose to drink fresh squeezed Orange Juice the first day post cleanse, only the juice and dilute it some with water if needed.
Second day fresh squeezed orange juice and vegetable broth.
Third day same as above, but in addition add in fresh vegetables, salad, fruit, toast.
Fourth day, same as above and gradually add in other items that aren’t harsh on your system like oatmeal, chicken, and so on.
Have you picked up probiotics?
The longer the cleanse the longer the ease off period, so those instructions are strictly for shorter cleanses. Longer cleanses you have more days of Orange Juice and it is more drawn out over time.
