A further note, I would be careful with Colosan. I just looked it up online, for me I don't think I would be using this. It's 3730mg per serving. That's a bit much. The one I am using is only about 300mg per severing and it is not a Magnesium oxide. Magnesium oxide is what they use in hospitals to create bowel movements, it has no aborbability at all and from what I understand can be quite dangerous in large doses such as Colosan. In addition I read that any sort of magnesium in high doses can cause kidney damage. Because the lable on Colosan is not clear, it does not say specifically which oxides it uses, I am skeptical to even use it. Perhaps their point is not to let you absorb any magnesium, just to let it all go to the colon to create more water there to clean it out, which is fine, but the dosage they are using per severing is considerablly high in my opinion. It apparently works for you though...
