Can anyone share how they maximized weight loss after mc?
A lil background...I am 5'1, 175lbs. I am in the worst shape of my life! I have been working out but I don't feel better. I am almost done weaning my 2nd baby and am ready to do a cleanse to kickstart my weight loss. In the past 3mths I have lost 6lbs and that is regardless of the intensity and seriousness with which I dieted and exercised. I feel I need a cleanse to start off with a clean slate and get the weight loss moving. I've read so much about how mc slows down metabolism. So I am worried. I am looking for a wholistic plan that will give me the most mileage out of my mc.
I am starting in a wk, Monday after Easter. And I am doing a 14 day cleanse. This isn't my first cleanse. I had a first very successful one for 10 days, and at least 2 failed ones thereafter.. Where I didn't quite make it to the end. The thing is I've ony kept weight off after a cleanse once.. And that was go about 7mths. So am worried that I will o down that road again.
