Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Hello everyone, I'm on day 3 of the master cleanse. I'm beginning to become irritated lol, I'm hungry, cranky, grumpy. Ugh I'm hungry! I'm really trying to stay motivated, I keep telling myself I'm doing it for a good cause! So far I lost 2.2 pounds; I'm 5'0 and 149 pounds, I use to be 154 earlier this year. In 2012 I was 130, I gained weight recently over a breakup . I was devastated of course. I stopped working out silly me and gained weigh ugh. I hate myself for that ; but anywho I want to do the cleanse for ten days! !! It seems so far away. The SWF is ridiculous I have to plan my day two hours early haha. I'm glad I live by myself! I want to go to whole foods to start my healthy eating because I'm hungry. I'm only drinking 6 to 7 glasses a day. Uhhhh I'm hungry . The maple syrup has a lot of calories. Just that alone for six cups is 1260!! That's a lot. I'm going to try and post everyday so I can feel better. If you're going through this too please comment and we can get through this together.

Hi everyone! I just finished my first day of the cleanse and I'm feeling good so far but I know I still have a long road in front of me! I could really use some tips on how to reduce cravings and stay strong! I'm just being proactive as I don't know what o really expect! I could really use the support too because almost all my friends I've told are not supportive and think this means I'm going anorexic or something. When I suggest that they read the book to educate themselves they simply say they don't want to! Ughh! Anyways, I could realy use the support! Wish me luck!!
